Glass servers, presses, scales, and ceramic brewing pieces are packed according to material and may travel apart from lighter filters or counter accessories. Tracking is provided for each carton when an order is split.

Unopened brewing equipment may be returned within 30 days. Used filters, stained cloth pieces, and tools with coffee residue are not accepted for change-of-mind returns; damaged or incorrect items are reviewed with photos.

Product photos show each brewer, kettle, and tool from several angles — use them to judge size, spout shape, and how parts fit together. Need an exact measurement before ordering? Email support and we'll check the piece for you.

Rinse brewers, filters, and carafes with warm water after each use; avoid abrasive pads on glass and coated surfaces. Hand-wash wooden parts and dry everything fully before storing.
